Also known as the throat center, this is located in the middle of our throat. It’s also the center from which we speak our truth. This was another center that was challenging for me to open and unblock for sometime, even after beginning to apply Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings into my life. Anytime I was told to speak my truth or any spiritual teacher had said to do so, I would dread and avoid it at all costs. Overtime with opening this center, I have spoken truths about all that mattered to me and have therefore followed and trusted my heart more in creating the life I desire to live.
