This is also known as the heart and creative center and is located in our heart. When I first began Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations, struggling to focus on my heart is what had me realize that my heart had become very closed and was also the reason my creativity was blocked. So it became my focus to open this center back up at all costs. One could say not only is my heart very open and new, but that in fact, as I also see now, this series and being more aunthentic in my artwork are a result of my new and very open heart. And once the heart is activated, the energy that’s reached the heart, as Dr. Joe Dispenza and the data he and his team have found say that ‘that energy has nowhere to go but up’, which leads to the explanation for ‘Five’.
